For reporting any and all issues before leaving the car wash
For any collision due to braking or driving through the tunnel
For any glass chips or cracks of any kind or expansion thereof
For any front or rear windshield wipers, blades or components
For any antennas, shark fins, any spoilers, mirrors or sunroofs
For any luggage, ski or bike racks, trailer hitches or aux fuel tanks
For any loose chrome, moldings, substandard or damaged parts
For any non-factory installed items or vehicles over 7 years old
For any bug shields, wind and rain deflectors, emblems, running
boards, wheel covers, pinstriping, decals, wraps, body moldings,
repainted vehicles, unemptied truck beds or any item left within
Maximum tunnel clearance is SEVEN (7’) feet, TWO (2”) inches,
higher vehicles, including items within, may NOT enter the tunnel.
Auto owner/driver shall be responsible for any damage they cause
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right,
but not the obligation, to retract our equipment for vehicles with brush
guards, winches, light bars, utility racks, pipe racks, unemptied truck beds
etc. While we aim to deliver high quality service, wash quality cannot be
guaranteed for such vehicles, trucks or vans and with such attachments.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CRESCENT CARWASH, INC., OR ANY OF ITS OWNERS,
AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS,
DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE (INDIVIDUALLY,
JOINTLY, OR SEVERALLY) FOR ANY DAMAGES OR FURTHER DAMAGES TO
ANY OF THE AFORMENTIONED OR ANY OF THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE.
